Customs Law
We advise and guide our Client to make the most efficient use of the Customs and Tariff tools available. To achieve this, we have years of experience and unique management of the Free Trade Agreements signed by our country. We represent our Clients before the Chilean National Customs Service and other regulatory or supervisory bodies of foreign trade, as well as in administrative and/or judicial processes before the Tax and Customs Courts, and Ordinary Courts of Justice.

Insurance
We provide comprehensive advice on insurance (marine & non-marine), including the presentation and management of claims, negotiation of compensation, legal defenses under liability policies, etc. We have professional alliances with national and foreign brokers and good relationships with several insurance adjusters, which enable us to offer a quality service to our clients. We have experience in assessing risks, defining insurable risks, searching for the necessary coverage, negotiating limits, sub-limits and deductibles, in order to give the client, the peace of mind of being protected in the event of claims, without having to overpay for it.

He has 25 years of professional practice, from which the following positions stand out: Advisor to Conecta Logistica, Legal consultant for ALOG A.G., Manager of legal and insurance dpt at Lauritzen Cool Logistics AB, Agricultural & Commercial Attaché in the Republic of Korea and more than 15 years as a university professor and lecturer.
Beatriz Mora
